Form Descriptions

NS & SS Structural and Architectural Panels

  • Self-stressing or non-self-stressing forms
  • Skin finish can be either Structural or Architectural quality
  • A structural panel skin finish may include mill scale, flaking, and red oxide
    • An Architectural skin finish includes removal of mill scale and no red oxide with anoption to finish form joints on site
    • Fixed, bolt down or magnetic sideforms
  • Optional track for vibrating sled

Panel Accessories

  • Stressing safety cage and strand cover

  • Installation of electric curing systems and insulation

Column, Beams and Inverted Tees

  • Beams & IT's - effective fixed designs or adjustable configurations
    • Cast on a non-stressing girder style form or tub with flex back sides
    • Cast on a self-stressing tub style form and add adjustable ledge blockouts and hydraulic sides for improved efficiency
    • Cast self-stressing Beams and IT's on a fully adjustable form for greater versatility
      • Cast product widths from 16" to 48" in one form
      • Hydraulically operated sides
      • Adjustable ledge blockouts
  • Columns - BSF's adjustable corbel formers are bent into sideforms for changing heights between floors

Stadium Forms

  • Single, double, or triple risers
  • Designed for fixed dimensions or variable rise, tread, or both
    • Adjustable forms allow you the possibility to complete many future stadium projects
  • Designed to cast right-side-up, upside-down or on edge
    • Upside-down configuration – the form allows for tread liners to ensure consistency of tread texture and can have the capacity for product rotation during stripping

  • Designated or split girders
    • From very traditional designs to split girder types that are economical for lower volume with a high variety of required sizes
  • Box Girders
    • Girder style non-stressing forms, self-stressing tub with flex sides, or roll back sides
    • Bolt-on or clip over shear key systems
