Strand Depressing Systems
Designed and built to deliver power to your hydraulically actuated forms, stressing jacks and strand depressing systems. Powered by electric motor or self-contained units powered by gas, propane or diesel engines. Easy to move within your facility. Designed and built to deliver vibration to your concrete form through a designated steel track. Air actuated diaphragm allows for automatic positive lock-in-place before applying vibration. Deflates instantaneously when sled is ready to be moved to the next location on the form. Three sizes of steel chamfer strips are made from cold drawn steel and are available in nominal 20-foot lengths for immediate delivery. Various magnetic clamps and devices are designed to position and hold in place sideforms and blockouts. Available in various sizes and strengths, can be custom designed for your specific requirements. Designed and built to depress strands for double tees and other precast/prestressed products. Adjustable tapered pins, depressing frames and power units are available.
